What is our Epicor consulting process?

Our development process begins with a ballpark figure for development, and a cost to create what we call an engineering design. This design utilizes screenshots, and fully describes the functionality of the custom development so that there is no question in what the end result is. Similar to construction, we use an architect to write up a blueprint (the engineering design) and get all parties to agree before beginning to build the project.

Then the project moves into engineering, and once completed moves into our QA process. In the engineering design, we also identify steps that we will utilize to ensure that the final product meets the specifications agreed to in the engineering design. As a final step before delivery, the whole packet (engineering design, product, and QA steps) goes to an entirely separate developer who will review the delivery packet, and test the functionality described in the QA steps. Once it passes QA, we will work with you to get it installed and tested.
