Description
The Swisher website is primarily an eCommerce website that provides customers with the ability to research new equipment, search for and purchase replacement parts, and find and download user manuals. The site also features functionality for dealers to log-in and purchase parts at their pricing levels. Retail locations can also be searched for customers to find the dealers nearest to them via ZIP codes.
The Magento administration area features a custom designed and built document management allowing Swisher to upload manuals and tage them with specific models and serial numbers.
The Magento website is also integrated with Swisher's ERP system, allow new orders to be automatically downloaded and uploaded into their ERP system.
